Application Requirements & Our Role
To apply for a Korean Language Program under the D-4-1 study visa, applicants must meet specific academic and documentation requirements.
Some documents are provided by the applicant, while key application documents are professionally prepared by ScholarPath Hub as part of our guidance process.
Documents Prepared by ScholarPath Hub
- Statement of Purpose (SOP) / Self-introduction
- Self-sponsorship letter or sponsor letter
- Explanation of educational or professional gap (if applicable)
- Cover letter to the university
Applicants are not required to write these documents themselves.
We professionally structure and prepare them based on verified information provided by the applicant.
Documents Provided by the Applicant
- Valid international passport (data page)
- Original academic certificate with Apostille or Consular authentication
- Academic transcript (if required)
- Original bank statement showing a minimum balance of KRW 10,000,000 (or sponsor equivalent)
- Birth certificate
- Parent documents (if applicable)
University Fees (Paid Directly to the Institution)
- Average application fee: KRW 120,000
- Admission fee: KRW 120,000
- Tuition fee: Approximately KRW 1,800,000 per semester

- All information must be truthful and verifiable
- Documents issued in languages other than English must be officially translated
- Universities may request additional documents during screening
- Submitted documents are not returned by the university
